How long do I have to file a lawsuit?

The time to file a lawsuit is commonly known as the Statute of Limitations. The amount of time varies depending on the facts of your case and the type of case it is. In some instances, the time can be as little as 90 days and some claims have as short as a 30 day time limit. It is extremely important not to wait. Contact an attorney immediately.

How much is my case worth?

It is necessary to sit down, review all of the facts of the case, review medical records and physician opinions and consider items such as lost wages and medical expenses to answer this question. We would be willing to do this with you at any time.

How much does it cost me?

Injury cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. You pay nothing up front and you don't pay any fee unless you recover. We will be glad to review your case free of charge at any time and answer all of your questions.

Do I have to go to court?

No you don't. The vast majority of cases settle out of court. You can make the decision to go to court or not. But, preparing every case as if you are going to court is what we do as we feel it maximizes the ultimate result of your case. We will be happy to work with you and honor your decision to go to court or not.
